About Jessica: Jessica is a massage therapist at FFC and is board-certified in massage therapy and bodywork with NCBTMB and also has an A.A.S. degree in holistic sciences. She is also a certified practitioner of Asian Bodywork modalities, including Thai, Shiatsu, Tui Na and Acupressure. She integrates these into all types of massage.

Why music is so important related to fitness: Since I have a background in dance, music is more than something to be played in the background to me. Music is a force of life, and is as essential as oxygen. Taking in the bass and percussion, and even the pitches in the vocals is just like breathing in — and exhaling all the vibes and emotions our favorite songs cultivates inner awareness.
